Join Amala and Viriyalila for this overnight retreat. We will take our inspiration from verses by Shantideva on the theme of inner solitude and outer benefit. The continuum of our practice reaches deep inside us in solitude, in meditation and personal reflection. Yet we must practice in the world also – and always for the benefit of all beings. Where are we on this continuum? How do we expand our capacity to cover the whole?
The retreat will include a Bodhicaryavatara puja, meditation, some discussion of the text, as well as creative exploration and sharing.
