Men’s Practice Day – June
January 3rd, 2013Date: June 16, 2013
Times: TBA
Aryaloka Men’s Practice Days are an opportunity for men in the sangha to spend time together in meditation and discussion around aspects of the Dharma. One of the day’s primary purposes is to support spiritual friendship within the men’s sangha and create an environment in which men can study together and build relationships with each other.
These days generally follow a similar format of a double sit in the early morning, with breakfast afterwards, continuing with the day’s discussion topic and lunch. The day will wrap up with a puja ceremony.
Volunteers are always welcome and needed for breakfast and lunch, whether that means bringing something to share or preparing a meal.
