Deepening NVC Training for Sangha Members

This is a follow-on workshop especially for Aryaloka Sangha members who have completed the NVC basic training. We will practice skills learned in Basic Training PLUS developing further understanding and skills in the areas of anger, conflict and empathy.

Shantigarbha (Chris Warren) is an international NVC trainer based in Cambridge, UK. He is certified with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (www.cnvc.org). Shantigarbha studied Classics and Philosophy at Oxford University, UK before embarking on a career in NFPs and Arts Publishing. He now leads workshops and retreats in the UK, Europe and the US and offers coaching/counselling for individuals and couples. He teaches at the Cambridge Buddhist Centre.
