Registering for Events

Please make your reservation at least one week in advance, whenever possible. If you are registering close to the event and sales have closed on Eventbrite, please email info@aryaloka.org to see if we can get you in. Registration can be made online through Eventbrite.

To register and make payment for an event online:

Please find the event on the events calendar or events listing pages of our website and click on it for more details.  Along with important information for the event, you will find a link to register on Eventbrite.

To make reservations or payments via the office:

To register by mail, phone, or email, download our printable PDF registration form.  Please fill everything out and include this information in your correspondence with the office.  For contact information, please visit the Contact Us page.

Payment Information

Full payment is required for online purchases. For purchases made offline through the office, the following applies. Registrants need to pay one-half of the total cost in order to finalize their registration. For cancellations received one week or more before the event, the registrant will receive a refund/credit minus a $35 processing fee. For cancellations less than one week before the event, registrants forfeit half of their registration payment, but that balance can be forwarded to another event. In all situations, special circumstances will be taken into consideration.

Checks may be made out to Aryaloka Buddhist Center and mailed to 14 Heartwood Circle, Newmarket, NH 03857.
