Registering for Events

Please make your reservation at least one week in advance, whenever possible.  Reservations and payments can be made online or by contacting the Aryaloka office directly.

To register and make payment for an event online:

Please find the event on the events calendar or events listing pages and click on it for more details.  Along with important information on the event, you will find a link to register and save your space.  You can make your payment online using your PayPal account or by using your credit card through PayPal.

To make reservations or payments via the office:

To register by mail, phone, or email, download our printable PDF registration form.  Please fill everything out and include this information in your correspondence with the office.  For contact information, please visit the Contact Us page.

Payment Information

Full payment is required for online purchases. For purchases made offline through the office, the following applies.  Those attending yoga retreats need to pay the full cost in order to register. For other events, registrants need to pay one-half of the total cost in order to finalize their registration. For cancellations received two weeks or more before the event, the registrant will receive a refund/credit minus a $35 processing fee. For cancellations less than two weeks before the event, registrants forfeit half of the retreat costs. In all situations, special circumstances will be taken into consideration.

Please note: Open Heart, Quiet Mind yoga and meditation retreat cancellation policy differs.  Please inquire about details.

Checks may be made out to Aryaloka Buddhist Center and mailed to 14 Heartwood Circle, Newmarket, NH 03857.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

Discounts are available for students, retirees, or those otherwise unable to pay the full amount (except for yoga retreats).  Please call the office at 603-659-5456 for more details.
